Frozen yogurt so close to home?! This could be a very bad thing for my waistband. This place just opened, and though I was skeptical at first, I'm pretty happy with the place. It's pretty much exactly like Orange Leaf, you walk to the back of the store, choose a cup and fill it up with their many flavors of frozen yogurt and toppings. You pay by the ounce and it ends up costing way more than you think. I had cappuccino, pecan praline and maple bacon donut flavors. The maple bacon donut flavor was my favorite! So good! My only beef is that they don't have the cute little spoons like Orange Leaf does. I guess it's not a complete deal breaker though.

Had a great experience here just the other night with the family. I admit I am more on the "vanilla" side (not the flavor) when it comes to toppings. NY Cheesecake flavor with graham crackers sprinkled on top. I know, not very exciting, but I enjoyed it! Liked listening to the contemporary Christian music playing across the Sirius radio too. My family also enjoyed their picks. The owner was there to greet us and talk a bit about the company. Nice fellow and I admire him for starting up a shop like this in our area. Place was very clean on our visit and had plenty of seating even with folks coming and going while we were there. We look forward to our next visit.

My frozen yogurt strategy is to try a handful of flavors, usually at least five, and leave off the toppings. My attitude is that good frozen yogurt is good enough that toppings are unnecessary. Also, when you pay by weight, toppings are an extravagance anyway. I've visited Sweet Frog twice now. The first time, shortly after they opened, I wasn't sure that I like the taste of the yogurt, but I assumed it was just me or I had chosen flavors poorly. I had been in a fruity-flavor mood at the time. On my second visit, 2 years later, I was in a richer-flavor mood and went for cheesecake, Dulce de leche, peanut butter, and fudge or chocolate (I forget which it was). Again I was unhappy with the flavor, especially the cheesecake. My conclusion is that the frozen yogurt at Sweet Frog is more tangy than other frozen yogurt. This could indicate that they're using higher-quality ingredients, or at least that there's actual yogurt in their recipes. Or perhaps the product was a little off? I don't think so. But in short, it's not my preferred frozen yogurt.

Doesn't accept sweet frog app coupons. Drive the extra 16 miles to the 2 other ones in Cincinnati that do.

Nice selection of frozen yogurt and toppings. Very helpful and friendly staff. They have a nice play area for children with chalk and a small childs table. Overall, nice decor and good frozen yogurt. :)

Absolute favorite yogurt shop in the tri-state area! Many toppings and combinations to choose from. Also, the decor is super cute. Employees are always friendly and offer samples if you aren't sure about the flavors.

I love the make your own yogurt sundae places but this was better than most. Lots of great toppings to choose from and very busy when I was there but so yummy. I had cookies and cream frozen yogurt with Reeses piece's and Oreo cookies on it. Many different sauces to choose from that I passed on. I was impressed was the many choices of fruit. That is different.

i got a bowl of watery frozen yogurt with stale toppings. Yknow how frozen yogurt is suppose to be "creamy"? Whats the opposite of that? Cuz thats how I would define this yogurt. Maybe I'm just bitter because last week I was in Chicago where they have Pinkberrys. I dont know. I love frozen yogurt but I found what I had kinda gross. Plea to Pinkberry...Please come to Cincinnati! I want to give you my money!

I waited over twenty minutes for the flavor we wanted to freeze after being told it would take one minute. At least three people were working there but only one person seemed concerned that three flavors weren't working and he was wearing a Cold Stone Creamery shirt! After FINALLY getting half the amount we wanted (we gave up) we still had to ring the bell to have someone ring up the order- no employees visible anywhere! Bring the employee in the frog costume in from the street to provide customer service- just my thought! We will look elsewhere for frozen yogurt.

I found the vanilla frozen yogurt to be largely flavorless relative to other yogurt concepts that I have tried. In addition, I thought the toppings that I usually use, such as brownies and cookie dough, had a strange flavor (maybe too many preservatives?). The establishment itself was pristine and well kept - I was amazed at how clean the staff had managed to maintain the shop while I was there. In addition, customer service was largely ok. I was the only patron in the establishment at the time I was there, and the two gals running the operations were busy chatting until I made my way to the register at which point I was warmly greeted.

Cute place. Slightly less froyo flavors as Orange Leaf but a much better toppings bar in my opinion! The fruit tasted more fresh and they seemed to have more candy options. I've sampled these yogurt flavors: strawberry, raspberry pomegranate, cookies n cream, cake batter, cappuccino and maple bacon donut! All of which were very tasty! Stop by if you're in the lovely area of Crescent Springs/Fort Mitchell! Or if you live close, like myself you'll soon be a regular!

We love going here with our kids. Always clean. Fresh fruit and candy toppings neatly arranged. Great variety of sweet, chocolate, fruity or sour flavors. Workers are extra friendly. Give it a try you will love it.

It was OK....not the best and you can pretend it might be healthier than regular ice cream depending upon your toppings. Thought the price was a little high but I guess you learn to estimate how much you are putting on your yogurt with a little experience.

Very clean with a good selection of flavors and toppings. Not as side of a selection as orange leaf, but not as crowded either.

Great FroyYo, great service, great environment. The selection of froyo is good, but topping selection is great! Mitchell was polite, attentive, and very helpful.

This is my favorite froyo place! It's always delicious. There are always tons of choices, for yogurt and toppings. The toppings are fresh and interesting, not just sprinkles and cookie dough! And now they offer protein shakes in addition to all the other options. The shop itself is immaculate, and when you have little ones running around that means a lot. My kids love it, it's always a special treat to come to sweet frog!
